Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
